We make the world our classroom

GEMS strives to make the world our classroom by extending opportunities outside of our school to allow students to apply their learning to real world situations.  Students are challenged to better understand how to be effective in making change in their world  around them.  This involves stepping of their comfort zones by experiencing how other communities across the world function.  This fosters a deeper respect for their role in society and leads to opportunities for maturity and growth required for career and college readiness.
