GEMS students in grades 6-8 engage in a variety of experiences throughout their middle school career. They can range from local field trips to international travel experiences, depending on the comfort and readiness of the students and parents.

All middle school students engage in a comprehensive community service project that demonstrates their mastery of our knowing, caring, and doing citizenship standards. This requires them to be an active member of their local community.
